    Case Study 1 | Customized Components for High-Cleanliness Equipment Maintenance: Space Slicer

    During high-cleanliness equipment maintenance operations, some doorless design equipment may experience accidental internal nitrogen leakage when in standby or maintenance state, posing an asphyxiation risk to operating personnel. In response to this safety pain point, GENIIDEAS assisted the client in developing the customized component Space Slicer for use at the equipment inlet/outlet airflow control position to isolate internal and external equipment environments.Through bidirectional air intake and special fin design, the airflow distribution is uniform and particle adhesion is reduced. Combined with a dual-chamber structure, pressure stabilization, flow stabilization, and noise reduction effects are achieved, maintaining high cleanliness requirements while enhancing operational safety during equipment maintenance.

    Case Study 2 | Dedicated consumable application product for semiconductor facility piping engineering: HexaKap

    During semiconductor facility specialty gas piping construction, VCR fittings often experience gasket deformation due to excessive force, or rely on personnel experience-based judgment of tightening torque, increasing leakage and construction risk. To address this issue, GENIIDEAS has developed a dedicated fastening consumable HexaKap that features a breakaway groove structural design. This design ensures consistent breakage upon reaching a safe hermetic state, providing a straightforward basis for fastening completion judgment. The design effectively prevents consumables wear and tear caused by excessive force, reduces human judgment discrepancies, enhances piping construction consistency, safety, and operational efficiency, making it a reliable piping fastening solution in semiconductor facility engineering.
