Since 2021,GENIIDEAS has been communicating and promoting the progress of various sustainability tasks. By 2025, the structure of the "Sustainability Promotion Office" has been upgraded to a "Sustainability Development Committee" authorized by the Board of Directors. This committee will set sustainability policies and medium- to long-term goals, and formally incorporate ESG issues into the Board's annual agenda and management performance evaluation mechanism, gradually aligning with the sustainability disclosure requirements of the Financial Supervisory Commission and the Taiwan Stock Exchange. Starting in 2025, the Sustainability Development Committee will report to the Board of Directors at least once on sustainability strategies and action results, covering topics such as climate risk governance, energy management, employee development, and social participation, to strengthen top-down corporate governance resilience.

On the environmental front, our company continues its policy direction of "service carbon reduction" and "environmental care," continuously promoting energy conservation at our operational sites and replacing mobile transportation vehicles. For example, in our newly purchased factory showroom, we use third-generation translucent perovskite solar panels as the source of indoor lighting, with energy efficiency and emission intensity as core management indicators. In 2025, we will focus on improving energy efficiency management in our engineering and equipment service processes, encouraging our supply chain and partners to adopt more efficient auxiliary fixtures to gradually improve efficiency and move towards our medium- to long-term carbon reduction goals. On the social front, Juxian R&D continues to focus on "talent sustainability," optimizing employee training, implementing the 104 Career Development and Friendly Workplace Optimization Projects, and enhancing the safety and resilience of our on-site engineering colleagues through occupational safety and health management systems.

At the same time, our company continues the philosophy of "taking from society and giving back to society", encouraging employees to participate in public welfare activities through programs such as the Sustainable Education Fund, local care and volunteer services, and internalizing sustainability values ​​as part of the corporate culture.
